In the heart of Kilinochchi, a 60-year-old residential building was in dire need of renovation. The client, Mrs. Premini Anton Thushyanthan, residing in Colombo, entrusted us with the project, relying on our reputation and client referrals. Our team took on the challenge, ensuring a seamless renovation process despite the client’s physical absence.
The project involved a comprehensive renovation of the existing building, addressing major issues such as cracks in the walls, poor electrical works, water leakage, damaged roof covering, and minor repairs of doors and windows. Our team worked tirelessly to deliver a modern, comfortable, and safe living space within a short span of just one month.

The renovation began with a thorough assessment of the building’s condition, identifying areas that required attention. Our technical team took charge, allocating skilled professionals for each task. The existing roof structure was replaced with a modern design, featuring a heat-resistant and soundproof membrane. Two separate bathrooms were constructed, complete with high-quality tiles, sanitary fittings, and plumbing systems. To prevent water leakage, we applied two coats of high-quality waterproofing and created a cement bed on top of the slab. Additionally, we rectified other repair works, including electrical and door and window repairs, and applied a fresh coat of paint to the walls. Throughout the project, we maintained open communication with the client, ensuring her satisfaction and trust in our work.
